A busy week
So I suddenly realized that I hadn't written anything for a while... and so here's my update. This past week, I have taken a lot of time to think about areas where I can improve in my life. One of the main areas that I have settled on is physical fitness. I want to get myself back into marathon shape... not necessarily able to run a marathon tomorrow, but a gradual change back into the healthier Nate I used to be. I have been in a really good gym routine lately (thanks to Meredith and Jenni!) and it is something that I am truly going to focus on. Tonight, after already going to the gym this morning, I am going to attend a spin class and an abs class at the LMU gym. One of my coworkers/friends is teaching it, so I thought it would be a great way to support her as well. I'm slowly but surely realizing what I have control over, and what needs to just be allowed to run it's course. My fitness and life are under my control, and it's time to take those back.
